Kristine Mason always comes up with some really twisted bad guys and of course the ending is leading right into the next book. I am curious if Kristine will do anything with Olivia and her gift. But the wicked entity who has been feeding off the other spirits' pain and misery has other plans. . I realized my passion, and found a career I love. Well this one was too over-the-top for me! Over the past hundred years there have been numerous deaths in the house.
I finished the book yesterday and I'm still reeling. Celeste does, she has to find and battle the evil taking over her sisters house. Yes feelings and not review. Another great book in the Celeste series. Wow, the 4th book in this series just knocked my socks off! But when she realizes an evil presence is terrorizing Eden, she will go to any length to help her sister. Knowing that Eden, John and Hudson are waiting for her to return to them, as well as her unborn baby needing his mother, gives her the strength and the will to fight the evil that is controlling the house and all those trapped inside.
Yes, it was, but I prefer the earlier books. Join her as she learns how to deal with being a wife, mom, baker and…psychic investigator. Each of the souls are imprisoned by the evil Amazing psychic thriller! When I'm not writing contemporary romances and dark, romantic suspense novels or reading them! As I read of the black oozing menace, I pictured Supernatural episodes. And just when you think it can't get freakier, she really takes it dark. Well this is one of them! Shadow Trilogy , is back with her own series. Would she come out of the trance or push her luck one too many times? He loved her but it was hard for him at first to accept the things she could do and how at times it put her in danger.
I have been waiting for this book for what seems like forever I know, dramatic much? This book is pretty much non stop action from beginning to end. I have to admit the first 30 to 40% of this book is tough to read. But their dream home has become a living nightmare—occupied by a malevolent spirit who will only share the residence with them and their daughter…in exchange for their souls. Heavily pregnant, Celeste received a call for her sister, Eden, for help. I really thought the pace of this story was exactly right. This allows us to really focus on Celeste's ever growing and changing gift. It would drive me crazy.
I will continue to read every single one of your books. I was worried what affect this might have on Johns future. Another spine tingling, mind blowing, bone chilling novel!!! Celeste is psychic but she kept pretty quiet about it, helping out whenever she could. Creepy edge of you seat suspense. The last thing she wants to deal with is the dead. The paranormal elements in this story are creepy but not so fantastic that they are unbelievable. Mason that I've read and I must admit this is the one that scared me the most.
Exorcist, step aside…Vigo is alive and well. If you like suspense with a physic ghostly feel this book is for you. Turns out at the end of that book things didn't end quite the way we thought they did. Using psychic visions and the clues the young spirits provide, Celeste and her husband, John, travel across the country, desperately searching for the girl and her kidnapper. John has been possessed by a very evil spirit that him and his wife had already fought against and thought had one. Now powerless, unable to free herself and in labor, Celeste needs to fight to find her way back to her body before the entity can take what it wants…her baby.

Again, there were things I didn't see coming at all, and never even put two and two together until it happened! You need to get this book, you will not be disappointed. Then to blow your mind this author throws a punch right at the end. This was at times more than I could stomach to read. Or so she thought… When her husband becomes erratic, violent and out of control, she finds a hidden cache of prescription drugs and worries John has an addiction. I fear for her, her children and her family and friends.
I love these characters they've been through some crazy things but now John is possessed by a evil ghost who wants to kill his family. For once I couldn't wait to get to the end of the book — where I hoped a happy ending awaited well as much as of a happy ending as this author likes to give. This love story crosses the boundaries of our reality and takes us to the dark side of the paranormal. This was massively emotional especially with the big ending. Another spine tingling, mind blowing, bone chilling novel!!! Until a psychic vision shows Vigo killing a man. Sometimes it's easier to see things that aren't as personal to you? I voluntarily read this book and my comments here are my honest opinion. To put an end to the haunting, Celeste uses her unique gift to connect with the ghostly residents.
